With over 25 years’ experience leading projects across Canada and the UAE, Jeremy is recognized for providing outstanding services to his clients, projects and communities. His demonstrated ability to manage complex scopes and contract models is substantiated by his extensive portfolio of projects, which also speaks to his expertise to build and manage large and high-performing teams. Having held the Vice President of Operations for EllisDon in BC, Jeremy established and developed operational processes, managed and mentored many construction professionals and executed many iconic projects. His efforts helped grow the business and presence of EllisDon in British Columbia to a recognized and renowned elite General Contractor. Project experience includes extensive healthcare (under Design-Build and P3 models), commercial and residential highrise, institutional, civic, and industrial. As a professional engineer, Jeremy values safeguarding the public, and operates under the highest ethical standards.

Jordan Switzer

Jordan has over 10 years of experience managing a variety of project delivery methods from P3 to stipulated price. He has successfully delivered various types of projects across Canada, including healthcare, institutional, commercial, retail and high-end residential. Having worked as a carpenter at the beginning of his career, Jordan has a unique perspective that allows him to recognize challenges and successfully deliver top quality projects. As a registered professional engineer, he brings a systematic and methodical approach to each project that is bolstered by an innovative and open mindset. Jordan works hard to ensure that all cost-saving opportunities, constructability methods, and risks are carefully considered to provide the best value to all stakeholders. From project ideation to completion, Jordan’s passion for development is fueled by a collaborative approach that yields exceptional results for his clients.

Development Planning & Strategy

Preparation of unique development plans showing the sequence and timing of detailed bodies of work and milestone completion dates is key to project success. Our strategies are always accompanied by a comprehensive Risk Registry that is communicated with all stakeholders of the project.

Risk Management:

Comprehensive identification, tracking, reporting, updating, managing and mitigating of projects risks associated with the Project.


Logistics Planning:

Having worked on many large scale projects, with sensitive site locations and intricate scopes, we have a keen ability to create sophisticated phased logistics plans. Key aspects of these plans include a focus on public safety, site constraints, flagging and traffic control, staging areas and material handling.

Feasibility Studies and Budgeting:

With the numerous factors around cost certainty, a partner that views the project holistically from concept to completion is imperative. At the onset, we establish a high standard for budget management, cost control and optimization. Ensuring that the dialogue and communication around the proforma is understood and accurately depicts the project goals.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control Management:

Our quality goal is to consider the contract documents a minimum standard and to foster a culture around quality that results in everyone, including trade partners attaining standards above those normal to the industry. We firmly believe quality control standards cannot be injected into a project; they must be pre-planned and then executed.
